In 1993, former Salisbury University student Ryan Armsworthy collected folk material. His project is about St. Mary's County's stuffed ham recipe, mainly served during holidays. His paper attempts to trace the origins of this particular dish. He also gathered several documents including different versions of the recipe from earlier decades, news article, etc. Photographs enclosed.
